 Standard 2.4 Tiered development of SME services.

UKM services are carried out using a tiered coaching method so that they are efficient and effective in achieving the set goals.

UKM services are carried out using a tiered coaching method to identify problems and obstacles, analyze problems, plan follow-up and evaluation.

a. Criterion 2.4.1

Persons in charge of UKM, service coordinators and implementers of UKM Puskesmas activities are responsible for achieving goals, achieving performance, implementing UKM activities and using resources.

1) Main Thoughts:

a) The person in charge of UKM and the service coordinator for UKM Puskesmas activities has the obligation to provide direction and support for activity implementers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Directions can be carried out in the form of coaching, mentoring, meetings and consultations in implementing UKM activities in stages in accordance with applicable regulations.

b) Guidance for the person in charge of the UKM Community Health Center to the service coordinator and implementer of UKM activities includes understanding the implementation of activities, including guidance on problems and obstacles encountered in implementing UKM activities starting from identification, analysis to efforts to resolve problems in implementing UKM activities.

c) Persons in charge of UKM, coordinators and implementers of UKM activities carry out follow-up and evaluation of the results of analysis of problems and obstacles in the implementation of UKM services.

2) Assessment Elements:

a) The person in charge of UKM provides guidance to service coordinators and implementers of UKM activities periodically according to the agreed schedule (D, W).

b) Persons in charge of UKM, service coordinators and implementers of UKM Puskesmas activities identify, analyze problems and obstacles in implementing UKM activities, and prepare follow-up plans (D,W).

c) Persons in charge of UKM, service coordinators and UKM activity implementers carry out follow-up actions to overcome problems and obstacles in implementing UKM activities (D, W).

d) Persons in charge of UKM, service coordinators and UKM activity implementers carry out evaluations based on the results of implementation of Assessment Element letter c and carry out follow-up actions on the evaluation results (D, W).
