Standard 2.3. Mobilization and implementation of SME services.

The mobilization and implementation of UKM services is carried out and coordinated by involving cross-programs and related sectors.

The mobilization and implementation of UKM services is carried out in accordance with policies, guidelines/guidance, procedures and terms of reference which are prepared and coordinated through monthly and quarterly mini workshop forums.

a. Criterion 2.3.1

Communication and coordination are carried out in the implementation of UKM Puskesmas services.

1) Main Thoughts:

a) Successful implementation of UKM services can only be achieved if there is communication and coordination both across programs and across related sectors starting from the planning process, implementation, improvement and evaluation of the implementation of UKM activities.

b) Communication and coordination mechanisms can be carried out, among others, through meetings, mini workshops, and the use of media/information technology.

c) Communication and coordination policies and procedures in providing UKM services need to be established and used as a reference in implementing UKM activities.

d) Evaluation and follow-up on the implementation of communication and coordination is carried out in accordance with established provisions

2) Assessment Elements:

a) Communication and coordination mechanisms have been established to support the success of UKM services across related programs and sectors (R).

b) Communication and coordination of UKM service activities is carried out across related programs and sectors in accordance with established policies and procedures. (D, W
