Criterion 2.8.3 efforts to improve the results of assessing

 Criterion 2.8.3

The Head of the Community Health Center and the person in charge of UKM make efforts to improve the results of the assessment of UKM service performance achievements.

1) Main Thoughts:

a) There are provisions regarding performance indicators and targets for UKM Puskesmas services which are prepared based on minimum service standards, policies/guidelines from the Ministry of Health, policies/guidelines from provincial regional health offices, and policies/guidelines from district/city regional health offices.

b) Activities to collect data on UKM service performance achievements listed in the UKM service report are submitted to the person in charge of UKM every month while still paying attention to the periodization for making and collecting reports.

c) The person in charge of UKM and the service coordinator and implementer of UKM activities carries out an analysis of performance achievements based on the UKM service performance indicators that have been collected to see performance achievements in accordance with the targets that have been set.

2) Assessment Elements:

a) Determine UKM service performance indicators. (R)

b) The service coordinator and UKM activity implementer collects data on the achievement of UKM service performance indicators in accordance with the established collection periodization. (R, D, W)

c) Persons in charge of UKM and service coordinators as well as activity implementers discuss performance achievements together with cross-programs. (D,W)

d) A follow-up plan is prepared and follow-up is carried out based on the results of discussions on UKM service performance achievements. (D,W)

e) Reporting of performance achievement data is carried out to the district/city regional health office. (D)

f) There is evidence of feedback from the district/city regional health service regarding reports on efforts to periodically improve the performance achievements of UKM Puskesmas services. (D)

g) Follow-up is carried out on feedback from district/city regional health offices. (D)
