Criterion 2.5.2 PIS PK FURTHER INTERVENTION

 Criterion 2.5.2

Further interventions are aimed at the Puskesmas work area based on problems that have been mapped and implemented in integration with the Puskesmas UKM services.

1) Main Thoughts:

a) To carry out further intervention at the regional level, it is necessary to prepare a plan based on mapping of the Puskesmas working area, whether specifically for RT, RW, village/kelurahan or within the Puskesmas working area.

b) Preparation of further intervention plans that are integrated across programs and can involve cross-related sectors based on the initial IKS analysis.

c) Interventions in accordance with the results of analysis and mapping, among others, are carried out through UKM activities (including innovative ones), community organizing in the form of UKBM, and settings, such as schools, Islamic boarding schools, markets, places of worship, and others.

d) It is necessary to improve and evaluate the implementation of further interventions by the person in charge of UKM, service coordinator and UKM activity implementer so that problems that occur in the implementation of PIS PK can be immediately followed up.

e) Follow-up is carried out as an integrated part of the UKM Puskesmas service activities.

f) Improvement and evaluation of PIS PK at the Community Health Center level is carried out starting from the implementation preparation stage, implementation of family visits and initial intervention, implementation of initial Healthy Family Index (IKS) analysis, implementation of further interventions and analysis of changes in IKS.

g) Further intervention plans are integrated with the activity implementation plans for each Puskesmas UKM service.

h) In improvement and evaluation, a verification process is carried out which aims to guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the implementation of PIS PK in accordance with the results of training and information on the health condition of each family in the prokesga or in the accountable application.

2) Assessment Elements:

a) The family development team together with the UKM person in charge carries out an initial IKS analysis and problem mapping at each regional level, as a basis for developing further intervention plans in an integrated manner across programs and can involve cross-related sectors (D,W)

b) Further intervention plans are communicated and coordinated in monthly mini workshops and quarterly Puskesmas workshops. (D, W).

c) Follow-up interventions are carried out in accordance with the plan prepared (D, W).

d) The person in charge of the UKM Puskesmas coordinates with the person in charge of the UKP, laboratory and pharmacy, the person in charge of the service network and the Puskesmas network in making improvements to the implementation of the follow-up interventions carried out (D,W).

e) Evaluation and follow-up improvements are carried out at each stage of PIS PK, including through supervision, reports, mini workshops and performance assessment meetings (D,W).

f) The service coordinator and UKM activity implementer carry out further interventions and report the results that have been implemented to the family development team and then update/update the documentation (D,W).
