Criterion 2.1.3
The Activity Implementation Plan (RPK) for UKM services is integrated across programs and refers to the Community Health Center Activity Proposed Plan (RUK).
1) Main Thoughts:
a) Planning for UKM Puskesmas services is prepared in an integrated manner across programs to be effective and efficient and goes through the Puskesmas planning stages.
b) The preparation of the RPK must refer to the RUK that has been determined, by comparing the approved budget allocation. If some of the activities planned in the RUK cannot be implemented due to limited resources, it is possible that some of the activities listed in the RUK may not be included in the RPK.
c) The RPK for UKM services describes the activities that will be carried out by the Community Health Center within one year and is described in the monthly activity implementation plan (Monthly RPK).
d) It is possible for the RPK for SME services to be changed/adjusted to suit needs based on the results of monitoring and controlling performance achievements, including if certain conditions are encountered (natural disasters, outbreaks, policy changes, etc.).
e) The RPK for SME services is detailed in the RPK for each SME service and a Framework of Reference for Activities (KAK) is prepared.
2) Assessment Elements:
a) There is an annual activity implementation plan (RPK) for UKM which is integrated in the Puskesmas' annual activity implementation plan (RPK) in accordance with applicable regulations (R).
b) There is a monthly RPK (RPKB) for each SME service which is prepared every month (R).
c) There is an activity reference framework (KAK) for each activity of each SME service in accordance with the RPK prepared (R).
d) If there is a change in the UKM service implementation plan based on monitoring results, policies or certain conditions, adjustments to the RPK (D,W) are made.
