 Standard 2.7 Implementation of SME development.

Community Health (UKM) development efforts are carried out by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts in the Puskesmas work area.

Puskesmas implements Community Health Development Efforts (UKM) to achieve health development goals in its work area.

a. Criterion 2.7.1

The scope and implementation of UKM Development is carried out to achieve health development goals in its work area

1) Main Thoughts:

a) The Community Health Center carries out development community health efforts based on existing problems in the work area.

b) SME Development coverage is measured by one main performance indicator for each SME Development service determined by the Community Health Center.

c) Determination of main performance indicators for SME Development services integrated with the determination of Puskesmas performance indicators.

d) To achieve SME development performance, promotional and preventive efforts are carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines.

e) Monitoring and analysis and follow-up are carried out on the achievements of performance indicators and efforts to achieve the performance of SME Development services that have been carried out.

f) Recording and reporting of SME Development, both manually and electronically, is carried out completely, accurately and on time. Reporting to the head of the community health center and the Regency/City Regional Health Service and/or other parties refers to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. Reporting to the head of the community health center can be done in writing or delivered directly through meetings such as monthly mini workshops, management review meetings, and other forums.

2) Assessment Elements:

a) Determine the types of SME Development services in accordance with the results of the analysis of problems in the Puskesmas work area (R,D).

b) Achievement of SME Development service performance indicators accompanied by analysis (R,D).

c) Promotive and preventive efforts are carried out to achieve the performance of SME Development services that have been determined and contained in the RPK, in accordance with the policies, procedures and terms of reference for activities that have been determined (R, D, W).

d) Periodic and continuous monitoring is carried out on the achievements of indicators and efforts that have been made (D, O, W).

e) Prepare follow-up plans based on monitoring results which are integrated into planning documents (D,W)

f) Recording is carried out and reporting is carried out to the head of the community health center and the district/city regional health service in accordance with established procedures (R,D,W)
