Criterion 1.6.2 mini workshops

 Criterion 1.6.2

Cross-program mini workshops and cross-sector mini workshops are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.

1) Main Thoughts:

a) The process and results of implementing Puskesmas efforts need to be communicated by the head of the Puskesmas and the person in charge of the efforts to cross-programs and related sectors so that there is a common perception regarding the effectiveness of implementing Puskesmas efforts.

b) Community Health Center communication and coordination through monthly cross-program mini workshops and quarterly cross-sector mini workshops are carried out according to a predetermined schedule.

c) Monthly mini workshops are used to (1) arrange in more detail the activities that will be implemented during the next 1 (one) month, especially in terms of time, place, targets, activity implementers, support (cross-program and cross-sector) required, as well as the methods and technology used, (2) promoting cooperation and integration and increasing officer motivation.

d) Quarterly mini workshops are used to (1) concretely determine cross-sector support that will be carried out over the next 3 (three) months, through synchronization/harmonization of RPK between sectors (inter-agency) and unity of objectives, (2) foster cooperation, commitment and cross-sector coordination in implementing development activities at the sub-district level, and (3) increasing motivation and a sense of togetherness in implementing sub-district community development.

2) Assessment Elements:

a) Monthly and quarterly mini workshops are carried out consistently and periodically to communicate, coordinate and integrate the efforts of the Community Health Center (D,W).

b) Discussion of problems and obstacles in implementing activities, as well as recommendations for follow-up in monthly and quarterly mini workshops (D,W).

c) Follow-up is carried out on the recommendations of monthly and quarterly mini workshops in the form of improving the implementation of activities (D, W).
