Criterion 1.4.8 facilities and safety management (MFK) education

Criterion 1.4.8

Puskesmas prepares and implements facilities and safety management (MFK) education for officers.

(1) Main Thoughts:

a) In order to increase understanding, abilities and skills in implementing facilities and safety management (MFK), it is necessary to educate officers so they can carry out their role in providing a safe environment for patients, officers and the community.

b) Officer education can take the form of education, training, and in-house training/workshops/workshops.

c) Officer education as referred to is contained in the facility and safety management education plan.

(2) Assessment Elements:

a) There is a facility management and safety education plan for officers (R).

b) Fulfillment of facility management and safety education for officers according to plan (D,W).

c) Evaluation and follow-up actions are carried out to improve the implementation of facilities management and safety education for officers (D,W).
